Chest & shoulder Wednesday that started very bad for me.

My stomach hunted like hell today which made my daily nutrition pretty hard to achieve, which resulted in me being very tired as well as getting even more pain in my belly.

I did however somehow manage to work my chest with the Redcord equipment and some exercise bands.
But after a few hours I realised that I had hurt my left shoulder. I recognise the pain from previous chest exercises that I used to do years ago when I first realised that something was wrong with the shoulders. So for now I will trade my chest workout for a very hard 35 minute core session every Wednesday morning, will do these exercises at home I believe.

I am not a hundred percent sure about what I should do with my two shoulder sessions per week. I might quit the Friday shoulder workout and do something else there, at least for a while.
